Please be aware that the application of impulse techniques is a prerequisite for the successful correction of tectonic fixations and folding distortions. Profound knowledge of these procedures and understanding of their use on patients can make it much easier to solve certain types of complaints.
Course aim:
to learn more about manipulation techniques to improve manual skills.
Please notice: The course fully complies with the guidelines of the EFDMA’s further training regulations.
The course is mainly a practical course in which all FDM treatment techniques are practiced between the course participants.

Presenter and instructor:
MSc. D.O. Wilhelm FÄSSLACHER, Osteopath, PT, Sports physiotherapist, FDM Instructor.
Born in Villach/Carinthia, grown up in Velden/Woerther See General qualification for university admission at grammar school with focus on skiing in Stams/Tyrol; From 1984 till 1991 squad member of the Austrian Skiing Association in the division of Nordic Combination followed by a career in snowboarding and mountain biking competitions on a national and international level for several years.
20 years of practice in neuro-rehabilitation (part-time employment with Gailtal Klinik Hermagor); at the same time free-lance physiotherapist focusing on trauma surgery/orthopedics/sports rehabilitation; Until 2004 additional qualifications (CRAFTA, Applied Kinesiology/FMD, sports physiotherapy) 2004 until 2011 osteopathic education with Master’s degree at Danube University Krems
Since 2011 certified FDM therapist and successful completion of the FDM instructor level in January 2016 (class of Dr. Georg Harrer, Dr. Markus Breinessl and Mag. Joachim Stolz)
Since 2015 Wilhelm Faesslacher has been working as osteopath and physiotherapist in his own premises in Hermagor.
